  I would not recommend Rusty. I had him come out to our property to bid for a tankless water heater install. I was unable to be there personally so a family member was there to show him around. He had a number of questions and called me a number of times while on site, coming more irritated during each call. I should have listened to my gut at this point that he was not comfortable installing tankless systems. After about 20 minutes on site and a few calls, he hung up on me and left the house. I tried calling back a few times knowing our area can be difficult for cell coverage he answered only to state he has no interest in the work and felt his time was wasted for going there. I reminded him he was area of the work (tankless water heater install) and the location of our house (clearly, since he chose to come bid the work). He continued to get more irritated and then claimed he would charge a trip fee for this. I reminded him there was never a mention of a trip fee to come bid, he was aware of all of these details beforehand and still chose to come bid. Mind you we are about 45 minutes away from where he lives up in the mountains, where that distance is very common for almost any type of service. After this last call he started to text my cell, this time threatening to "file a claim in court." This is where is lack of professionalism and trust began to shine. He continued to send texts a number of times claiming he would "see me in court" and he was at the courthouse, "filing the paperwork unless I paid him." I know this was all unfounded, claimless, and wouldn't stand even if he did attempt but it was still disappointing to see how a someone would choose to bid a job, walk away from the site in frustration with no valid reason why, then lie to try and make up for their own choice. Rusty is not professional nor trustworthy. And just to confirm this, I found a great plumber who is an equal distance away in the opposite direction who came to the site, bid the work without a charge, installed the heater without a problem and continues to come maintain it with an issue. As I said, I would not recommend working with Rusty. However, I will give him credit for at least arriving when he said he would. It was all downhill after that.

  i only gave this company 1 star because i had no choice i wouldnt give thus comoany a tootsie roll let a lobe a golden star or 5 stars for that matter we had a plumbing crisis occur 1 yr ago about and he still has nit come back to finish he also accepted $ from our go fund me donners but never completed the work

  I would give home a 0 if I could. Doesn't call back with schedule updates, doesn't have voicemail even set up, then when you do talk he has the biggest attitude of all. Worst plumbing contractor I have ever dealt with.
