  Need help with your furnace? We had quite a mystery. It worked and then didn’t. Felt silly calling when it started working again. Rusty Baker’s heating and Cooling found the problem. You have to be a detective sometimes. Want someone who cares and does the job right? Rusty Baker in Mendon is the guy to call.

  They have been to my house twice, still can't figure out how to get my heater to work. They billed me over 300 bucks the first time, the second time told me I was set and took off before I could get back inside to see if it worked. They were in such a hurry to get out of my house Rusty himself backed over my trash can on the other side of the road. He didn't even bother to roll down the window to talk to me. I would highly recommend calling an actual expert. Because i paid to have my furnace fixed, and it still doesn't. Follow up, Jergens came by found out that it was the gas valve, I had my furnace diagnosed and problem solved in one visit vs. Two by them.

  My husband called him to ask a question about our furnace and without asking my husband to set up an appointment to get money from us for an easy fixable problem like everyone else he called he took care of our problem. Very polite and knowledgeable. Definitely getting him to fix our problems from now on. Rusty is the best
