  The hot water element was burned did not work, guy tested it said it was ok. Charged us $95.00 Husband had to replace the element himself (husband is disabled) He called to explain they would not listen to him. He just wanted to inform the owner, was told he would call back, the owner never called back like we were told he would. We have done business with this company for years, sad they don't seem to value their customers anymore.

  I have had two different problems over the course of the month. Both times they were here within 24 hours and did fantastic work when they were here! Will definitely use again.

  Great service, even on a Saturday. The professional technician, Jason, arrived on time, worked quickly, explained my problem AND fixed it within 15 minutes after I had spent hours trying to fix it myself. Jason was so polite and was always considering the time he was here looking out for my best interest on the bill. Highly recommend Russell Plumbing and Jason!!!!
