  We had a sudden issue of toilets not flushing. Unable to diagnose the cause ourselves, we needed professional help. As you can imagine, having toilets that are not flushing is a MAJOR problem for day-to-day living! After coming out to our home one time to rule out a few things, the plumber proposed a possible plan that may work to fix the issue. He stated he needed to speak with his boss, and they would come out again to look at a pipe in our basement where they were proposing a solution. I waited for 1 full business day, and when I didn't hear back (because I was at least expecting to SCHEDULE the next visit swiftly) I called them. They said the plumber was busy at the moment but said they would be out at the end of the week. They never came. I called again to follow up, (again, remember our toilets are NOT flushing, a major problem), and again was told they were busy, so they took down my contact information to call me back. I never heard from them again. Dead serious. Instead, a few weeks later I got a bill in the mail for the initial visit. I held onto the bill and waited for them to return my call and help us finally have working toilets again, but nothing. Frustrated, I am thankful that between putting our heads together with my grandfather we seemed to figure out a solution (through much trial and error!). After I got a second bill in the mail from the plumber, I finally called them back to ask what the status was of the proposed solution and they were confused that the issue wasn't fixed. I explained everything that had this far happened and was thankfully able to share that I didn't need them anymore due to figuring out our own solution. I paid them what they were due for the initial visit, but since they never contacted me again and I had to find solutions to "DIY" fix my own toilets plumbing problem, it's my honest opinion they were not worth it. Please do NOT use them. This is my actual real life experience, and they did not seem to care that much that no one fixed our issue. No offer for a discount, or refund, no one higher than a receptionist spoke with me. Really terrible service.

  We had a major water leak. Rush was able to come over diagnose the problem and fix it right away. We had another plumber come out twice who couldn’t fix the issue. Rush is an amazing company to work! I highly recommend them!
