  I set up automatic bill pay and they withdrew a penny, then sent me a bill with a late fee for the remainder. I cancelled automatic bill pay and today tried to use their website to pay the bill manually, but it’s not allowing me to complete the transaction. My bank’s bill pay feature doesn’t recognize this company. We have no choice in water companies and this one is terrible!

  I don't know why Google took down my review but here it is again... love RLCWA! They are always nice when I call (which is hardly ever). Always great water and always great pressure. I love having clean running water!

  Very expensive service. We actually (and literally) paid less for 3 months of water in Medina than what we pay here in Carlisle Township (Grafton) for one month. It’s a total joke, and abusive out here. In Medina we paid for what we used and there was absolutely not a minimum charge ($51 minimum charge is crazy). If/when we sell our house, this will be one of the reasons. Potential movers BEWARE, sewer is separate. Your looking at on average for 2-3 people to live out here almost $200 month. Think I’m joking about abusive?
