Derek was great! He was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. He did an excellent assessment and wrote out all my options and explained how I could save money by taking out a membership. I didn't have any work done the same day because I needed a little time to think about it. The next plumber that came to my home to fix the plumbing under my kitchen sink was Duquan. He was great too. I have a mobile home with very little old pipes. I was a bit nervous about having work done but he did a great job unclogging the pipes and everything works perfect. I would definitely recommend RupCoe. Very positive experience!

Very responsive company specially Alex Magee. My heater would make a loud rattling sound whenever it turns on. I called around 7AM and Alex came over around 10AM. Alex determined that the problem was with the motor and "cage" that housed it. In a matter of 2 hours, he was able to fix both. Fantastic service Alex! Great job!

Scheduled an appointment a week ago for a faucet install and toilet install. Tech shows up at 4:34, looks at both jobs and leaves by 4:48. Had time to offer a service contract and bill me $64 for showing up, though. Avoid this company at all costs. Edited to Add: I did not schedule an estimate, I scheduled a service. All of the below occurred in response to my google review and not the phone call I made to get an explanation. By the way, a stand up company sends a refund for a service they did not provide, they don’t ‘offer’ it. What actually happened is you blew off the job and collected the ‘show up fee’ - which I paid. Thanks
