  My furnace stopped working abruptly during the night. I called in the morning when the office opened and they were able to get me on the schedule. The service technician came a few hours later. He was professional, quick and efficient. Thankfully he had the part I needed on the truck. The repair was done and the heat is back on! I was able to make the payment over the phone and everything was taken care of within a half hour. I would definitely recommend them.

  As always, I was completely pleased with our service call. We have total confidence in the professionalism and expertise of every person sent to our residence. It is rare sometimes, in today's world, to avoid being exploited when searching for necessary services. It is comforting to know that we have such high quality of service available to us, so close to home.

  What a professional, responsive, and helpful service! I just switched to Rumer Loudin, and I will NEVER go back to my former HVAC company! My furnace went bonkers during the coldest day of this winter, and Rumer Loudin was there in no time, addressed the problems, and had my heat back so quickly. In fact, I'm going to purchase a new furnace from them because of their professionalism and great service. Thank you SO much, Rumer Loudin!
