Called and set up an appointment on 7/14 and to my suprise was going to be able to get me in the next day 7/15 to look at our ac that stopped blowing cold air. Was told they would call when on the way over. Never heard anything and ac is still down. Office staff was nice and friendly but that doesn't fix stuff. Unfortunately I won't try and use again and would not recommend. A simple call explaining anything would have been nice, but after waiting until the end of their business hours/day without showing up I ordered my own parts, just have to wait longer now to repair it myself.

Mr. Lewis, on 7/15/21, as standard, our Technician called prior to arrival and there was no answer. He was instructed to go to your location regardless. He arrived per GPS at 5:32pm. He knocked several time and heard children (windows open) and an adult say: "Do not answer the door". Since no one would answer the phone or the door, the technician then left. It is regrettable that you did not call us first before posting this review. It has always been our goal to service ALL of our customers with integrity.

The tech said I needed new parts waited over a week in freezing Temps finally came in had another tech come to help and it was my main fuse..I asked about that but they were very appoligenic

The technician called prior to coming and was here 10 minutes later... I contacted a couple of other businesses and was told it would be at least a week before they could get to me. Ruby Mountain responded in a day. The staff was friendly and the bill was A LOT cheaper than we thought it would be... Repair time was about 40 minutes and the problem and repairs were explained to me in simple terms. I won't hesitate to use Ruby Mountain HVAC and Refrigeration again!
