Ryan is excellent. Approached my furnace problem conservatively first instead of trying telling me it was something major right away. Ryan is highly experienced, very nice, and came to my house immediately and was very timely. Excellent service call charge. Very reasonable. I highly recommend his company and will call him first if I need his services again. I’m very pleased overall!

Rubin and his guys did a fantastic job! They fit me in faster than anyone in the Rochester area they got it done faster than anyone said they could in the Rochester area and they did it all for a good price. We're very happy with our new AC furnace and duct work. Did a great job planning and looping us in on where to run the duck work. When you call Rubin You don't get a sales rep you get a guy that knows what he's doing.
Very impressed, very happy, and we'll recommend to anyone!

Boiler went out, and he came out on a Sunday afternoon, to take a look, and even offered to bring us more heaters. Next morning at 8 am, he said he was on his way with part to fix the problem, and cost was HALF the price we got quoted by another company the day before that said it would be a few days before the could fix it.

I never called for a replay repair tech and someone from this company showed up to my house, replaced a part on the air conditioner and walked into the house WITHOUT permission.  The tech did not check the address and did work on the wrong house also walked in uninvited.  I would not recommend this company because they can't even show up at the right address

The owner of the company came out on Christmas, because our hot water heater went out. You don't get better service than that!

These guys have done several projects for us and we are happy with there work
