  We had a new toilet installed. Some days later while cleaning, I noticed a sizable chip missing from the base of the toilet ,and leaking water on the floor. When they came to take a look at the leak ,my husband pointed out the chip. He was told that for another install fee he would put in a replacement if we chose to go that route. My point is that had the toilet been inspected prior to installation we would have not had it installed. I was disappointed that they chose to take no responsibility.

  Showed up on time and he fixed the clog that has been a problem for us every so often with the house being 80 years old. He didn't try to over sell me on how to fix the problem and added a clean-out so I can unclog it if it happens again due to the age of the house/plumbing. Very satisfied with the work and I felt the charges were very reasonable.

  Ryan had fixed a leaking toilet I had asked him to look at water heater that wasn’t installed properly had been installed leaning, they gave me a price at that time. gas company ended up cutting off gas line they were not available to get there that same day they referred another company “ there back up” another joke. The 2nd company was supposed to level water heater they didn’t need up replacing valves only one should of been changed per gas company. I called RPO back to level water heater because Ryan had already seen what needed to be done. So he gets there this company is aware that it’s my mom’s home under hospice care I always said to Deb that one of the caregiver would be there to let them in. Ryan arrives at 9:05 that morning leaves at 9:40 he told caregiver had to go to hardware store came back at 10:25 then left again at 12:00 came back at 12:25 said he needed to go to hardware store again. Mind you the nearest hardware store is at least 15 minutes away. It took him 3 hour to level a water heater that for 53 years had alway sat on a concrete floor he levels the water heater by placing copper tubing underneath the water heater reconnects water lines all this took 3 hour he gives caregiver the bill it’s way higher than told when he saw it previously. Told caregiver he took an hour off the bill “ really 4 hours” What he didn’t probably know we the siblings are the care givers. This guy is not honest was making bill as high as he could thinking the lady that was there didn’t know what was going on. Do not trust this company to be in your home unsupervised. What should of taken 30/45 minutes he drug it out for 3 What I call taking advantage of the elderly who is already on a fix income.
