I called Rozga to take care of the rough plumbing work for a lower level remodel.  I am handling the majority of the remodeling work myself and they were flexible, responsive, and willing to work with me including offering some trade tips.  The provided estimate was close to the final billing and the work was completed per schedule and was very well done.  All aspects went well and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Asked for an ASAP appointment, was told they had availability today. Shortly after, I got a text and an email that Ray was being assigned.

Ray called to let me know he was on his way and arrived right at the start of my arrival window.

He deftly handled the issues, was happy to answer my questions,  was happy to walk my new basement and give his thoughts, which were that stuff will need updating, but nothing is currently critical.

Repairs went efficiently. Ray was great. Never pushed sales, always willing to answer questions. Seemed knowledgeable. Will be calling Rozga for any and all future plumbing needs.

I requested service, based on the good reviews. I was not happy with the service I received. The tech Jason told me I needed to replace the house trap in order to clear the sewer line. It was roughly a 6k job. I did receive a quote as requested. The charge was pretty steep and by the time I returned the same day, my basement was backed up with sewage. I called the next day and was told the only thing I could do was to replace the house trap. They would not come back out. TWO DAYS LATER....another plumber was able to clear the whole sewer line to the street, past the house trap, with no problem. I feel taken advantage of. The cost to replace the house trap was extremely high according to my new plumber, by nearly double. I would not recommend this company.

The guys arrived early and from start to finish they were top notch.
The weather was typical Wisconsin snow and cold but these guys didn't flinch. The backhoe operator was a surgeon! It was all done quickly, efficiently. No surprises. The job was done correctly and quickly.
I'd very highly recommend them to anyone .

Eric & Jason did a great job with our water heater and floor drain, and they were efficient and thorough with their service. They were also quite helpful in addressing my questions about a number of other issues, and they gave me some great advice based on their extensive experience. The other thing I really liked about the experience is their customer service. To be honest I wasn't expecting a plumbing company to have such as sophisticated user experience interface and the communication (phone/text/email) was great. They even sent a photo of the technician before he arrived so I knew who to look out for. 5/5 recommend.

Great experience. I called for a quote and they came out 2 weeks later. Quote was competitive and I accepted based on other good reviews I read. Matt K came out and did the actually work. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. He explained what was being done, why is was being done, and cleaned up when finished.  He also finished faster than the quoted time so it was a pleasant surprise to be under the quoted price.  I will definitely use Rozga for my future plumbing needs. Ethical company and quality work is why.

Jeff B. presented himself in a very professional  and friendly manner when he entered my home. Jeff then asked me  about my plumbing concern. I informed him that  my home is 84 years old and that I had been experiencing low water pressure in the upstairs shower for quite some time.  Jeff  then assessed all areas where water flows in my home as well as the pipe system and that I would need  to update the bathroom at some point because the pipes would eventually need to be replaced. I observed Jeff critically thinking about how to best access the pipes that were located within the walls and  in need of some tender loving care.  Jeff started from the smaller areas of concern and was successful with finding and correcting the concerns that were contributing to my low water pressure. Jeff was able to address my low water pressure concern without opening one wall.From start to finish of the plumbing job, Jeff was kind, knowledgable, straight forward about options, well verse in his craft as a plumber and he educated me about the galvanized pipes that are currently in my home. There is "NO" doubt in my mind that I will tell friends and family about the "Awesome" service that I received from Jeff B.  I also received a military discount toward the price of the services. Jeff and I read through the bill of sale and I agreed with his assessment of services rendered. I have dealt with numerous services providers as the owner of this home and Jeff B. is at the top of the list due to his dedication with ensuring that I was a satisfied customer!

I just used Rozga Plumbing.  My kitchen sink was not draining properly. Every single part of my interactions with Rozga was excellent. Exceeding expectations.  Dana was so responsive with setting up a time for a person to come out. She was very understanding when I asked her to work around my work schedule. She told me the rates up front.  Ray was the person assigned to my job.  Right before Ray came I was texted a picture of him. That is so nice to know who is coming. Ray was very kind.  He made sure to keep a clean work area. He protected my wood floors.  He work diligently to solve the problems. I felt very comfortable to have him in my home.  Even when the job was more difficult than expected he kept his calm and kept his language clean.  Very respectful of my home! Overall, I will be keeping Rozga at the top of my list to suggest to friends and if I have another problem.

I recently moved into a house that had a weirdly oriented toilet that partially blocked the bathroom doorway. I called Rozga to reorient it. The work was completed quickly the same day and at a fair price. They also fixed some additional issues with the toilet from previous DIY projects. If I have any other plumbing needs, I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.
