  We called late, LATE at night for a plumbing emergency, and got a call back almost immediately. We were given an estimated time of "9 to 11" the next morning, and Johnny showed up RIGHT at 9am. He was very friendly and professional, and didn't stop working until the problem had been fixed, even though the clog ended up being 100 feet deep! We had been burned by another plumber a few days prior, who charged us $200 for basically nothing. Johnny charged as little as he possibly could because he understood our situation and genuinely wanted to help us. He was so sweet and really made me feel like the job was in good hands. I highly recommend Royal T Rooter. I feel like a lot of people would have thought the problem was hopeless for how deep and thick it was, but Royal T didn't let us down! Thank you!!

  Royal T Rooter is the only company I will use for my drain problems. Extremely professional and friendly. They also communicate with you to let you know what they found or what needs to be done. Price is always reasonable. Thank You Roland for owning a great company and teach your crew to be like you.

  Friday night, clogged drainpipe for the kitchen and washing machine...made a call, two hours later, I have a clean pipe! Cost was VERY reasonable, and he cleaned up behind himself! Goodness I didn't know we could get that kind of service these days. Very very thankful! You guys are the best!
