  Dave from Royal Plumbing was recommended by a friend as a local plumber. My issue was misdiagnosed multiple times and when I questioned where the water was coming from and if a camera could be used to inspect the line, I was assured that "all lines go to the same place" and "ill snake it again." Then told I needed to find a new plumber if I didn't trust his work. He was rude to my wife and told her "Merry F'n Christmas" the week before Christmas, while I still had standing water in my basement. He did not use tarps or shoe covers while working either and ruined areas of brand new carpet that wasn't damaged from the water issues. I've since used Mr. Rooter and had it fixed the first try and exactly where I had asked Dave to check by the drain.
