  I’m very happy with the service I received. The gentleman was vey kind and knowledgeable and was able to add a water line to my fridge very quickly. The price they quoted me at was very accurate. I will be going back to them anytime I have a plumbing issue in the future.

  We called and tried to three times never again.. Old equipment was used on our drain line had clog. It was “ fixed” Then we had to call again because the $700 “ fix wasn’t fixed. Then plumber returned with same equipment( that didn’t get through clog ) as well as charging us for a camera he used to tell us it was clogged further .(we knew that. ) we weren’t happy to be charged for second visit and camera. as we just had the plumbers here! .He did cut the useless visit pricing a little . He wanted to return again to suggest we start digging up our driveway .(No THANK YOU ) $1000 for incompetence. Is pointless ! we called another plumber we normally used who has both equipment and knowledge of city sewers and drains( Andy )and he fixed problem in 5 minutes. Never again.

  Called Royal about 3 days before our move in asking to replace our old water heater. Sent a few pics of the tank and got it replaced as we were moving in. Excellent service at a great price, definitely calling again if we need some future work done.
