I cannot begin to tell you how fantastic this company is! This was my first experience dealing with Royal Class Service.The website was very professional and impressive. I initially spoke to Amanda about my no heat emergency situation, she was amazing! - listened and made me immediately feel as though I had found the right company to help. They scheduled a technician to come out the next day which was a huge relief. Bruce arrived exactly in the time frame I was told and he went to work on diagnosing the issues. Bruce has great technical expertise, and pointed out necessary repairs to keep my heating system system working at peak capacity! The work was done quickly, neatly and carefully. The pricing was fair and honest. I honestly couldn't be happier! Royal Class Service is my new provider of all my HVAC needs!

I congratulate Matt and the entire team at this company on its high level of professionalism and ability to deliver a high quality product on time as described. From the first evaluation visit to the installation and clean-up, this company delivered above and beyond expectations. I especially appreciated the care the two installers took to protect our floor, diligently practice Covid risk minimization, communicate, and be polite. A very satisfactory experience over all. Thank you! I will be sharing contact information and my high praise with my neighbors and colleagues who may have need of this outstanding company's services.

Having experienced the immediate odor of electrical burning I was so scarred and started looking around from where it was coming from. The suspected culprit was our furnace. Our wonderful neighbor highly recommended Royal Class Service that she's been with for years. I called right away and received a callback response from Scott. Very understanding and sympathetic to our concern. He sent over one of their best technicians Noel. He showed up ready to on an unexpected Friday night and immediately found the problem. A burnt out capacitor!!! Thank God for my nose could smell something wrong for sure😤. He was able to put a new part in and make sure we were good to go for a warm nights rest and peace of mind!!😇. This spring we won't be taking any chances... we're scheduling a maintenance call for the summer ahead☺️ Thank you again Royal Class Service for an excellent job!!! Well done Noel!!!!❄️
