  Our community well pump, which serves 163 detached homes, recently failed after less than 3 years. Fortunately, our property manager decided to call Rowan instead of the company that had replaced 3 pumps in the last 9 years at a cost of approximately 18K/repair. As a Board member for our community, I was a close observer of this particular repair because I knew that our high failure rate was not normal. The Rowan crew made sure that I was allowed to observe every step of getting the old pump out and the new one in. In that process, they showed me why the pump had failed - a bad installation using wrong pump horsepower and leaving out a critical check valve among other things. Everything was explained and shown to me using industry standard tables and graphs. I have no doubts at all that Rowan would have saved us a great deal of time and money if we had used them to install the original pump and system. Bottom line, Rowan is definitely a 5 star company.

  Great team at Rowan Well Drilling. Recently we had a pump replaced and somehow the seal was compromised/failed. One call to Rowan Well, and Todd was to the rescue. Excellent communication keeping me in the loop on part order to completion. Thanks to Rowan Well and team for handling quickly and efficiently. We'll always count on Rowan Well for our water needs.   Called and within an hour someone arrived and we had water by the afternoon. The folks were very nice who came out. Great customer service.
