Absolutely amazing! Tim and his partner (sorry I didn't catch his name) were on time and very very professional. They figured out the issue and were very quick to fix it. So grateful for Route 66. :) By far waaaaaay better than any of the local plumbers we called in Hereford. Thanks again!

I've never had a plumber that I've wanted to find more work for in my home until route 66 showed up.  They were polite,  wore booties,  gave me options to help fit my budget and remained professional the whole time.  After other plumbers I've dealt with in the past I'm so elated to have found my forever plumber!

My previous Plumber moved away and the main drain was clogged. They scheduled an appointment, gave me options and did the work all on the same day! Definitely my new plumbers.  The whole staff were very professional. Thank you Route 66.

Showed up almost 2 hours late, and charged us $50 just to Google the brand name of our water heater and tell us it would then be over $300 an hour to diagnose it. Never even turned on the hot water to try investigate our problem and they were gone with our money in less than 15 minutes. Now we still have no hot water, no idea what's wrong, and out $50 which is a lot to us. They were more than happy to give us the $4k quote to install an equivalent $700 water heater tho! Extremely dissatisfied with this business, and legit feel cheated. Could have easily asked us the brand name and given a quote over the phone since they literally did nothing for that $50.
