  At around 8pm at night on a Friday (as it always is when these things happen), our toilet backed up, the seal broke on the toilet, water dripped into our basement from an overhead pipe, and wastewater backed up into the tub/shower. Called and promptly got a call back. Decided to be nice to the guy and wait until morning to have it fixed. Even with the additional after-hours fee (which was less than another company I called), the bill was under the $1000 I anticipated. Was actually under $500. And it came with a 3-month/2-return warranty should it happen again. Super pleased with the service and outcome!

  Zac was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. No mess and fixed my clog issue while also explaining everything he was doing and why. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided.

  Great service. I called 3 different companies on a Saturday for a clogged sewage line, and Roto was the only one who responded (all 3 listed emergency weekend service as an option). I’m still waiting on the other 2 companies to call me back. Tech was great (Glenn). He spent extra time making sure to vacuum up the leakage in the basement, but didn’t charge extra.
