  Jason came within 24 hours of our call, and was incredibly professional and efficient. He fixed the clogged/frozen septic pipe in two hours. This included having to dig an 18-inch hole to get to the pipe. And all with good humor and helpful advice on how to avoid this in the future. Thank you, Jason!

  I want to say thanks to Rotor Roter for giving me an adequate time. To show up a call before showing up to confirm we would be there. Jason was awesome great to work with able to ask questions and didn’t feel like I was invading his space while working and learning from him. Gave us great suggestions to keep issue from happening again. Would definitely recommend or use if needed again
