  Jimmy fixed a backed up drain in the basement. He determined the cause was food scraps from the disposal. Also recommended a product(which was hiding in the pantry) to help smooth the pipes. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything he did. Jimmy answered all my questions. I would be happy if he came again. I’ve been a Roto-Rooter happy customer for almost 40 years.

  Jimmy was courteous and professional, wiping up after himself making sure I was satisfied with not only the work but the service. What looked like a easy fix was a bit more work than I thought it would be and Jimmy took it in stride. The price was reasonable, I'm very satisfied. I would recommend Roto-Rooter and I would also recommend Jimmy. Thank you, Bill

  The Service Technician Jimmy did a fantastic job. He was able to get my sewer drain cleaned out, was very thorough in his explanation of what he found, and gave me good advice on how to keep my pipes clean as well. All around, a job very well done.
