  Dan was awesome! Professional, polite and easy going. We had a plugged toilet that another company came and looked at for less than 2 minuets, told us our main sewer line was the issue and charged us over $100 for the 2 minuets that were here. The other company’s employee seemed annoyed to be here. Roto rooter came the same day and solved our problem in about 15 minutes. So thankful for roto rooter and will always recommend them. What an awesome, professional, helpful and friendly company.

  Used Roto-Rooter, out of McFarland, services yesterday (3-7-22). Complete main line blockage. "Ryan" was service tech that became our hero for the day! I can not say enough about Ryan and his friendly yet professional service and knowledge(!!) of unclogging our septic system. Thumbs up to Tera (who helped schedule services) and Ryan at Roto-Rooter! We are flushing again!

  Wow, I am blown away by the excellent service I just received by RotoRooter! Our kitchen drain clogged up last night and we couldn't unclog it ourselves. I called RotoRooter this morning and talked to an extremely nice, professional man who then scheduled me for service just a couple hours later. The technician was just as professional and great to work with! He had the drain cleared up in a matter of minutes and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely use them again or refer them to anyone who has plumbing issues. Thank you!
