  The technician arrived within an hour of calling for an appointment due to water backing up a floor drain. Was very friendly and did a thorough analysis of the situation to make sure it was not our main pipe clogged. He cleaned our main drain and resolved the issue in under an hour. Andrew was very courteous and cleaned up when completed. We have always been very happy with the services provided today and in past uses.

  The issue was a very STINKY main toilet that was plugged for two days. The reason for my rating is I submitted a request through your website on 2/15/22 to have someone come out on 2/16/22 early in the morning because I had to leave for work at 7:45. I called the office and the customer service person said no one was available before 8:00, so I asked her to switch my appointment to the evening. I waited that entire evening and no one showed up. No one called until I called customer service. Then the dispatcher called and said they didn't have anyone available and said I could reschedule for 2/17/22. I did get service that day, but I had to leave a dentist appointment early to make sure I was home. I had two horrible extractions and lots of pain medicine, and it was not great to have to deal with this situation after the dentist. I think I was charged $690 to pull the toilet off (which is ridiculous) because they said they couldn't clear the problem. Needless to say I won't be using you service again anytime soon if ever.

  We had an excellent experience with Roto Rooter. We were able to get same day service on a Saturday for a clogged drain that went deeper than we could get to. All I had to do was go online and book a time, you can call of course but we enjoy using online scheduling. We recieved a text within an hour confirming our time slot we had selected and also received a notification when they were 30-45 mins out which is really helpful! Our service technician Andrew did a great job and was very friendly. They also follow guidelines to ensure COVID 19 safety. We would highly recommend Andrew and Roto Rooter.
