I had another great experience doing business with Roto-Rooters. Both the technicians that came out to install a new toilet were very helpful, professional and friendly. Even though we hit a technical snag installing a new type of toilet, they ensured that they would fix that and complete the installation successfully. After this main job was complete, they even helped me with a minor issue with another toilet as a courtesy and without charging additional money. Says so much about their work ethic and keeping the customer happy attitude. Great job, guys! Keep up the good work đź‘Ť

I had the pleasure of working with John, Joe, Jose and Will. They were on time, worked hard, and got the job done. The process moved along nicely with no unnecessary delays. They were courteous and helpful. No stress repairs and an overall great experience…except for the part where my ceiling was coming down in wet patches! 🤣 Definitely recommend.

I had to have two sump pumps replaced in my crawl space and have a drain cleaned and Peter and Adrian made what could have been an awful experience and made it very positive. Professional and courteous they both made sure that the work was done correctly and efficiently and that everything was cleaned and spotless. I am very happy with my decision to use their company and with the excellent service provided by both gentleman. 10/10 would recommend.
