Brendan provided excellent service to my tenants having a plumbing emergency. He arrived on time, quickly discovered the issue and got everything taken care of right away. He was even willing to take a look at the dishwasher which had been giving them some issues as well and resolved that concern. I couldn’t have asked for better service than what Brendan provided!

We had a great experience. First of all they came EARLY, which I feel is rare in my experience. Secondly, the technician (#948) was very friendly, courteous and professional. He unclogged the toilet in a matter of minutes. I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again in the future, but I pray that I don’t have to.

I am absolutely over the moon happy with the services provided. I had a sewage backup and have been trying to get local companies out to clear my line for almost 4 months and every plumber I had here did not resolve my issue and came up with a bunch of BS about what needed to be done which naturally, would have costed hundreds into the thousands. Ben and his trainee (I wish I remembered his name☹️)swooped in, they are professional, respectful, informative, friendly and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what the issue was and exactly how to fix it! And they got the job done in no time at all! Let me also add, the response time from the moment I contacted them was amazing. They scheduled service within 24hrs. I am so happy! Definitely will be using roto rooter again. It would be a bonus if I had the same service techs! That trainee is in great hands and already doing an amazing job! ☺️
