Roberto was professional, courteous and a great person! He explained everything in detail and once completed, reviewed all work performed, and gave me suggestions on how to prevent future issues. People like Roberto give customer service a great name and you should be honored to have such a friendly, talented professional on your team. I called late last night (around 8pm) and was able to schedule a service for this afternoon (noon to 4pm). Usually it takes a week out to get someone! I then got a notification that they could arrive early (it was 9am), so of course I accepted. The individual that came to fix my toilet was awesome and really worked with me. The price was much higher than what I was anticipating, but it was worth it rather than having to do it on my own. He was in and out in about 45 minutes with my toilet like brand new. He also included complimentary water testing and provided tips on my water and toilet. I really liked using this company and would recommend if you’re in a pinch.

Roberto was very friendly and informative. We discussed the problem and he informed me that my issues were not something that his company was the best option for. I find his honesty refreshing and appreciate the fact that his company treats people well.
