  We had no water pressure. Called a local plumber he ended up being a show. We called Roto Rooter and Josh came out within the hour. Told us we needed all of our pipes replaced. He actually called another Josh to come out here for the wet damage that was caused by a leak we had no idea we had. Josh informed us that we can actually file an home owner claim. We had no idea.. He stayed here until Josh showed up. In the meantime he called his supervisor to make sure he could come back tomorrow to do the work. Josh and Shawn arrived around 9 am and did not leave until everything was working correctly. They finally was able to leave around 7 pm. They were very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable!! The both of them allowed my dogs to be inside and made sure that they did not escape when they had to go in and out of the house. We could not ask for better service or care from the both of them. Even Josh the water damage person was professional. If we ever have another plumbing issue they will be the first person we call!!!

  Contacted roto rooter after experiencing sewer back up in my home. They responded asap! Worked with technician Dustin Brown, he was very professional, fair, and honest. We had the outside pipe replaced and they were very respectful of the landscaping. I feel as if we received great service in a very timely manner at a fair price. Would definitely recommend.

  Dustin came out and did a great job on our kitchen and bathroom plumbing. He showed utmost professionalism and understanding for a young couple going through a remodel. Roto Rooter is the only company around here that can/will respond and perform quickly, other plumbers we spoke to were 2 - 6 months out. Would definitely recommend Dustin and Roto Rooter to anyone who needs plumbing done in a pinch. Dustin Brown Tech 113.
