  Damien was great. Got here when he said he’d be here, explained what he found in our lateral, explained how his proposed solution would work. He also wrote in the contract that Rotor-Rooter would return with a camera to insure work was completed. Great guy to work with. After that, we experienced (and still are) the WORST customer service ever. Three times appointments were made and no one showed up, no one called to let me know what was going on. Three days wasted waiting. When I called them,since they never called me, I was told the technician was on their way. I understand the problems covid is causing employers. I understand that unforeseen problems will cause delays. But I do not understand false promises made to customers and not communicating with customers. Inexcusable. As far as I am concerned, the job I paid over $550 is NOT done.

  The technicians were polite, friendly, and respectful. After assessing the situation they ensured that I understood what the problem was, what needed to be done to fix it, and an estimate of the cost. I agreed to the work. While working, they found an alternate means of fixing the problem and after consulting me, changed course to accomplish the task. This new means was faster, cheaper, and achieved the results I sought. I was impressed and appreciative that they took the time to examine the situation enough to find the least expensive, least intrusive way of completing the job. The cost was only 1/2 of what I expected to pay. Thank you for sending these guys to me!
