Terrible! I had flooding in the yard. They put in a sump pump that never worked to fixed the flooding. Then the sump pump burnt out and they said I needed a french drain.

Sir we have worked with you on this pump multiple times. I spoke with you myself and made you aware that pumps will always have issues. We recommended you adding a French drain to try and help you with your flooding issues after we seen first hand how bad your yard flooded. Taylor did not have the correct Mansfield parts on his truck, so he immediately went to Fuller and bought the correct Mansfield parts!, rather than repairing the toilet with just any make!! He also replaced the rubber seal in the bottom of the tank and check the other toilets in my home to make sure each was working properly and that the rubber seals were still in “good shape”

Taylor was very courteous, professional, and explained what the problem was and explained everything that he did!  Would 100% trust Taylor to repair any other plumbing issue that I might have in the the future! Great Customer Service! Respose to call was immediate. Tim was very professional, he explained everything that was going on and what needed to be done to resolve the problem. We experienced a break in our water main between the meter and the house on a late Friday afternoon and contacted our home warranty service who then contacted Roto Rooter/Scroggins for the repairs. We immediately heard from Tim to develop a plan to make the repairs and then Daniel was assigned to respond and complete the job. SUPER PLEASED with the entire experience with Roto Rooter/Scroggins and Tim and Daniel. Ultra professional and totally focused on customer service. My mother was needing some repair to her home I called them and they were able to get someone out the same day. My service guy was Justin and he was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and truly awesome! Our house was built in 1945, so the pipes under the kitchen sink were that old. He took everything out, including into the wall, to give us whole new modern plumbing. We are ever so grateful for the whole RotoRooter team.

I did not use them because they stood me up twice!! They were suppose to show up on Monday & didn't then they rescheduled for Tuesday & if not they would come on Wednesday & they didn't come on either day so I guess that's actually 3 times that they didn't show up! They re-scheduled for Friday & at that point I just cancelled them. So annoying!

Response was very fast, Gary explained the process of repairing my problem in advance & gave me an estimated cost before the repair. Very professional and fast, I’ve always had exceptional service from them.  I ‘d recommend calling them for any plumbing service

Tim did an excellent job. He was thorough, professional and very friendly. He not only solved the issue, but made good suggestions for future encounters. (Also, a thumbs up on the company being fast and responsive. We called this morning with a service man at our house in just a few hours.)

Daniel is the best! He helped with my bathroom faucet earlier this year and I specifically requested him to help in the kitchen. He is very personable and he answers all my questions about the work he is doing, helping me understand the components of what is being replaced, and the installation is top notch. They fixed a piped that leaked 3 weeks later and now they are telling me I may need my entire house re-plummed whick is 8k to 12k

They came out on Monday, did the inspection to determine the problem FOR FREE. Identified the problem and wrote up an invoice. At that point, we decided if we wanted to move forward or not. Still with NO FEE. He gave us a rough estimate of what he thought it would cost, so that's what we were anticipating. Once he got in there, majority of what needed to be done, had been. He just needed to do a little work. Well, when he brought the invoice, he said it was half of what he quoted because he didn't have to do as much. First, to save half was a plus within itself,  but the fact that he was honest and let us know went a long way with me. He could've charged what he quoted and I would have been non the wiser. Thanks Roto-Rooter!

My main sewer line was blocked. I called RotoRooter. They were able to come the same day. Their service plumber Justin arrived and after snaking the line , he used his video epuipment to determine that the blockage was at the connection to the city sewer. Since this was a warranty call, there was no charge. He suggested calling the city to do the repair. Early the next day he notified me that he had already contacted the city and that they were going to investigate.

Justin acted in a very professional manner and with his knowledge provided outstanding service to his customer. He went above and beyond the call of duty. In my opinion there aren’t enough stars to rate him. RotoRooter is fortunate to have people like him.

I got same day service. Extremely friendly from the office to the field tech. He explained everything that he was doing and with the camera showed me my problem and when all was done I was given a 6 month guarantee on the job he did.  Very pleased and they will go into my phone contacts and will be my plumbing company should I have any future issues.   I highly recommend them

Klaus Eick did a great job for us cleaning out our outside French Drains. He was very helpful and courteous!

The service my roommate and I had from here was amazing. The staff were prompt, professional, attractive (the icing on top haha), and went the extra mile to ensure our kitchen sink/dishwasher was fixed. They even cleaned the nasty residue from the build up of water in our sink and the excess water on the floor. In addition, they came to check on us the next morning... I’m very pleased with their customer service!

I had a toilet flange that was broken and it was on a Saturday.  I contacted Roto-Rooter plumbing & spoke to a live person versus a recording.  They called me back within 10 minutes & said they were sending a plumber (Daniel) to my location.  He was there within 20 minutes.  Quoted me a price, and even though the job was a bit more Involved than expected, once he’d got the toilet pulled, he did not charge me extra.  Very pleased with Daniel’s professionalism, honesty, and workmanship.

When I set up appointment (October 10, 2020) to get an exterior water-heater installed and get gas lines capped off at my home. I was told that everything would be installed to working condition. The tech was suppose to come out on the appointment day but then I got a call saying he would be later so I waited. He came and looked around and said that he wasn't able to install everything that day and it would have to be finished the next day. He came out to my house to install it before I even got there so I was not present during the installation.

Once I got there, he was already done and told me that it will be working, I couldn't test the water because my house was also simultaneously getting remodeled. Only after I paid, I was then told that the water-heater would need an electrician to wire it. I paid over $2,000 and bought the water-heater that the technician recommended and NEVER was I told it would not be a complete job.

And so I called Roto-Rooter to make a complaint and they promised to send me $100 (which was unfair) but I agreed anyway because I was so annoyed and just wanted it to be over. They haven't sent me my money and when I've called, I was told the manager isn't available every-time and that they would call me back. It's now January 21,2020 and I still haven't gotten my money or my call.

I can not express my gratitude to them for everything they have done. They turned a terrible situation into something completely bearable. Every single person I have came into contact with from the company has been outstanding. From the plumber, Claus to the workers who came in to remove the floors and sanitize the air, to Andrea, the case worker. You will not be disappointed. Their professionalism is bar none!

Called before arrival. On time. Professional. Explained what needed to be done along with accurate cost estimate. Accomplished the job quickly. Respectful of property. We have relied on this company before and will definitely call them when needed in the future.

Always provide excellent service. They are 1st class from initial call to payment.   We are repeat customers and have had them make repairs to toilets to replacing our hot water heater.  Today's service was a minor repair to the broken handle in the tank.  We were able to place a call this morning and receive a service time between 10-12 today. The customer service experience with the call was first class and they were able to find out account easily and have our service information. The office called shortly before 11 a.m. to let us know they were on the way!  Danial arrived shortly thereafter.  The repair was completed quickly and Daniel answered all of my mother's questions as he completed the repair.  We are very pleased with our experience today from initial call to service completion. They even provide a warranty of 6 months on the work they did today! Like I said earlier, we are a repeat customer and will continue to use this office for all our plumbing needs.

We called Roto Rooter after our toilet had been gurgling while the shower was on. The technician(I believe his name was Coy) was absolutely wonderful. He ran a camera through our lines and discovered several issues. He was able to unclog our drain, but did recommend that we have a lot of our plumbing redone. Knowing that we were not prepared to spend the thousands of dollars this would take, he simply gave us an estimate and provided a recommended timeline for completion of this repair. Coy was very informative and courteous. While the price was a bit higher than we expected, the level of expertise and customer service displayed by Coy helped soften that blow.

Tim was very clear and direct with what caused the problem. Once he arrived he was in and out in maybe 15 or 20 minutes. He is really friendly too, and was easy to connect with while going through the invoices for my company's charges.

Roto-Rooter came today (the same day we called them!) to take care of a clogged toilet. The technician that came, Daniel, was very friendly and pleasant. He quickly used an auger and took care of our problem. He also

Contacted Sherwood Ar., Roto-Rooter for low water pressure issue,  they responded quickly and professionally.  Both the Individual Shaun/Shawn who took the call/information and the Technician (Daniel) who performed the work; they where very understanding to our water issue.  Daniel spent a long time trying to find our pressure regulator in the yard that has never been replaced since 1980... He was extraordinary at finding the location as we didn’t think he would ever find it.  However he did after hours of location tracking. After which He also changed the location to the appropriate spot.  We are Very well pleased at his expertise and determination he did a professional job at cleaning up and explaining the process in which he took to do the job. Timothy came out after we were unhappy with how they left the backyard drain. He was extremely rude and unprofessional about handling my problem. I will be leaving a bad review online. They attempted to fix an outdoor drain that I needed to drain better. They attempted to blow it out with their machine, broke the pipe, and now it doesn’t drain at all and water is sitting constantly in my concrete drain at the start of it. I’m about to put the house on the market to sell and told them I don’t want to put a lot of money into this before he started. They broke it and now saying they can fix it for an additional $1,800. Timothy was argumentative and short tempered and I had to tell him to leave my property because of the way he was acting.

Daniel came to repair a leaking sink,  and replace a faucet. He was punctual, very friendly, approachable, well groomed, did an awesome job on the installation of the faucet, and the repair of the leaking sink. He left his workplace clean. The price of the repair was reasonable. From now on, Roto-Rooter is going to be our go - to place for all our plumbing needs. I highly recommend!

Tim came and installed a new garbage disposal today. He was very friendly and easy to work with..However, the price of $364 was very high in my opinion. Especially because Tim did the work in less than 5 minutes. I am sure he is very good and skilled at his job given he could replace an old disposal with a new one in 5 minutes. That is why I rated 4 stars instead of 5. I have a bit of buyer's remorse when I found the same Badger 5 at some local stores for $100-$115. For instance, Home Depot has the same disposal for $110 and will install it for $110. That is about $240 with tax. So I learned a $125 lesson today at least. Being a disabled veteran with a fixed income, saving $125 goes a long way for me!. I should have researched beforehand. I do want to add that Roto-Rooter does provide a great service. The lady who answers the phone and scheduling, etc.. was very friendly and easy to work with giving me the appointment time and day I needed. And again, Tim did a great job. The high price was just a killer though. Dang! Now I just saw where I could have printed out a coupon for $40 off my service. I wish they would have told me I could do that!

I had an outside water faucet replaced. Joshua was very nice and worked quickly. The next day I noticed a sound coming from the new faucet. It was leaking. I turned the water off and remembering it was a Holliday weekend I called Joshua's personal #. He said he was out of town and would be out Sunday. He was backout early Sunday and replaced the faulty part. I'm afraid my water bill might have taken a hit but I will know by the 10th of June.

We had an issue late at night so we had to us the after hours service. I spoke with Klaus who was able to get to us in a timely manor. He was very polite and took care of our problem quickly. He even gave us an estimate prior to coming out so we’d know what to expect. We will continue using Roto Rooter for future plumbing needs!

We have had 4 different Plummer’s come to our home and try to resolve our issue. All of them said it couldn’t be fixed without pulling up our kitchen floor and drilling into the slab. . Daniel from Roto-Rooter was so smart!  He figured out how to make it work!  He had a different solution that was affordable, professional, and with in code.  We are very happy!

Rotorooter was contacted on Wednesday morning and they sent someone out to our house the same day. The guy that came over (Tim) he was very helpful and very nice, he also explain everything that he was doing and didn't do anything before checking with us to make sure it was OK to fix. When Tim found out that we had some mold problems he contacted Jerry and he came out the same day also, Jerry took his time out to explain everything that was wrong with our leak and how to get it taking care of. Jerry brought in to machines to dry and take the smell of the water out of the house, Jerry contacted us everyday checking to see how things are going. Tim and Jerry are some excellent workers and I would recommend them to anyone that is having plumbing problems.

Tim came to clear out a clog in our sewer system that was causing one of our toilets not to flush and drain. He was the most courteous, efficient, knowledgeable serviceman that I have ever met in my whole life. He fixed the problem and kept me calm when I was freaking out about the cost and not having a toilet for my family. I will ask for him every time I call Roto Rooter and I will never call any other plumber when I need one. Good job, Roto Rooter. These guys are great! Called about a non emergency gas line install, free quote less than 2 hours later.  Installed the next day in less time than quoted so saved me another $150.  Will absolutely call Roto-Rooter for all my plumbing now.  Great job!

I usually only use Ray Lusk plumbing, however my home warranty (Service Line Warranties) sent RotoRooter for a claim. Klaus the technician was amazing, and I highly recommend him. We needed the kitchen sink drain cleared and a new faucet installed. Gary arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He provided necessary information for us to make our decision. We called Roto-Rooter because we knew we would get excellent service as always to find our major water leak and they delivered! Our service technician Mike was great in finding the root of our problem and fixing it the same day. Rotors Rooter is toooooo HIGH!! For minimal services such as unstoppable a kitchen sink they charge almost $300....when every other plumber charging $100-$150. Do not use. There is someone cheaper with same or better quality.

Although it took about 3 hours to finally resolve the issue, Gary was determined to get things going again.  Gary closed out the transaction with a little advice on how to avoid the issue in the future.  Gary also provided guidance on a long-term solution.  I sincerely appreciate the manner in which Gary performed the work, and will be using Roto-Rooter again should the need arise! Great experience!

Tim, Tony, Shaun, and Jerry were phenomenal!  They came in and stopped the water from making more damage, replaced my broken water heater, removed the damaged flooring, brought in the dryers, and helped me with my insurance claim all in one day.

My experience with Little Rock Roto-Rooter was great! From the moment I called and spoke with Brittney, who was very pleasant and helpful; to the expeditious arrival of their seasoned and knowledgeable technician, Coy, I was elated with their excellent customer service, their urgency to correct the issue and they were both friendly and professional. I will be using them again, if ever I need their services; and I will refer them to my family and friends.

Very fast service. I completed an online schedule for am estimate. Within the next two minutes of submission, a representative from the main office was calling to let me know that they were sending a plumber over. Within the next 15 minutes, I saw the Roto-Rooter van pulling up outside. The service technician, Tim Jennings, was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Because I had a leak which caused water to spread into my daughter's room, mold was a huge concern of mine. Tim told me about the additional free service that Roto-Rooter offers to check for mold and water cleanup. He even called the service tech that provides this service and scheduled a same day appointment.

Daniel did a super  job installing a new kitchen faucet and disposal. Every thing he did was explained very well, thoroughly answered all my questions. Very professional, highly recommend Daniel and Roto-Rooter!!

First off they said they would be there between 9-11 am & didn’t come until 4pm. Then when he came out supposedly to find a leak he just walked through the house without marking the leak only to charge my elderly mother $425. We were quoted $160 starting price. He wasn’t there a hour! He totally took advantage of my fragile elderly mother knowing that she didn’t know & my husband had to leave before they arrived. To top it all off, we had to hire another plumber to find & fix the problem because the invoice he gave that supposedly stated the problem was all wrong! We called the company about this but they never returned our call. This is bad business practices!!

I appreciate the Roto-Rooter location in Sherwood. My plumber, Tim, was kind, explained the details, understood my current situation, and resolved the leak issue! I also appreciated a guy named Duck because he gave me some smart cabinet replacement and maintenance advice.

Today I called them and spoke with a friendly and professional receptionist who had a "smile" in her voice! She answered my questions and was very courteous, quickly scheduling an inspection and clean out of one of my home's below ground roof gutter drains. Mike the technician arrived ahead of schedule, was very professional and friendly,  providing several options and costs. The underground roof gutter drain was cleaned out quickly and the line obstructions were precisely located by camera and removed. Woke up Saturday morning to a  Main Line backup. Did some reading of reviews and was reluctant to call Roto Rooter in Sherwood because of the many negative reviews from the national company. They give free estimates so I decided to take a chance. I had a $40 coupon you can get online easily. I was expecting the worse but was very pleasantly surprised. Was $225 for about 1.5 hours worth of work. They charged for the job. Gary was the tech and left me feeling like I received a fair deal. Turns out it was roots and he took care of them. I was expecting a negative experience especially being a Saturday. Called a local plumber who basically told me his Saturday rate was $180 an hour and he couldn't give me an estimate on how long it would take him. I am very pleased with the rate and service I got from Roto Rooter. They are a local franchise so don't let the poor national reviews fool you. They are very affordable and fair.

Roto- Rooter came out in a Saturday for a non emergent leaky faucet. They gave me a free estimate. Prompt and Very professional service. Job well done and a reasonable price. I will use this company again as needed.

We had to have the water supply line from the meter to house re-routed/replaced.  We chose Roto-Rooter and requested Coy as he had done work for us at another house in the past and did a great job. They also repaired the yard hydrant.  The work was done in one day as stated initially and kept in the estimate range quoted as well.  Staff was once again courteous and professional.
