  Marqui and Brent were thorough and knew their job. They arrived on time. They took the time to explain the issue, the fix, and answered all our questions. They were prepared and had all needed parts on the truck. Considering this was an emergency repair of sump pump prior to storm and were the Only company able to guarantee an appointment, the work was very much appreciated. Would call them again and recommend.

  Marque was knowledgeable, professional, answered numerous questions with patience and thorough explanation. Honest without pushing unnecessary services. Even commented to consider another safety measure in home that he noticed which was not in his area of repair. Felt was in good hands and not alone in dealing with issue of call.

  I had a clog in my pipe due to a foreign object falling down my tub drain. They came out, reviewed the site and acted like the job was a massive deal and a huge nightmare. My husband is currently deployed and they attempted to manipulate me to make a profit on it. I was quoted $1600-$1800 to resolve the issue. My dad is a general contractor in another state, he said that was absurd. I flew him out, and he removed the clog in about an hour with $50 worth of materials. When I contacted the plumbers to cancel my follow up appointment, they didn’t even have the decency to respond or confirm my cancellation. So disrespectful. When they were here, they treated me like I was stupid, and argued with me about things I knew for a fact. They even acted like they couldn’t find the p-trap when it was perfectly visible. I have never dealt with people so disgusting in my life. I guess roto-rooter’s support for the military and their spouses is to take advantage of them, lie, and make an additional profit.
