Very professional and very thorough. Explained in detail why this occurred and how to prevent in the future. Also explained the issues with current pipe that may cause future issues. Very pleased he was also following Covid protocols. Although had to postpone a day was advised ahead of time therefore technically not on time but was notified.

Very helpful and came out quickly in the evening which was nice. Figured out the problem fast and resolved it with no surprises. The only knock is they are a bit expensive with a flat rate. 6 month warranty helps but it was a little high to unclog a drain. But maybe that's the trade off for a night call? Outside of being a little costly, i have no complaints and would at least suggest them to others.

We had Roto-Rooter called at 730am and Brad Root, the very knowledgeable and helpful service man, was here by 930am SAME DAY!!! Did a great job of unclogging are very very stubborn kitchen sink clog that we just could not absolutely get ourselves! Thank you Brad and Roto-Rooter for your services!! Jamie S., Council Bluffs, IA
