Excellent! We've used Roto-Rooter several times over the past few years on our rental property. Great communication, friendly & knowledge staff & mostly importantly-- there is nothing they can't handle! They have fast resolutions to any issue great or small and don't stop until the problem is solved. Highly recommend!

This was my 1st time using Roto-Rooter. These folks are quick to reply, super courteous, efficient and not pushy at all. I called on a Sunday afternoon and was scheduled for a service call the next morning. The 1st team member ( Andrew) to arrive (a few hours after I called), explained the entire process and put me and my family at ease. Jim, the service technician and Daniel and Jeremiah, the clean up team, we’re just as friendly and efficient as Andrew. Each team member respected my home and turned our disaster into a more tolerable situation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Great job team!!

When I found water pouring into my basement from 2 floors above, I was in full panic mode. I got the main to the house shut off, and then tried to make sure none of my personal belongings got damaged. It was a very cold day, and I was lucky enough to secure the final spot in the schedule to complete the repair that day. When Andy, the restoration specialist they dispatched, arrived; he was very professional, and eased my mind about the entire situation. I showed him to each of the water damaged areas, and he was able to determine what the cleanup crew would need to bring to the house when they arrived, by using non-evasive thermal imaging technology to see exactly where the water was. He then sat with me as I called the insurance company, and was able to tell them exactly what was going on, and the damage that would need to be repaired. That made my interaction with the insurance company a breeze. Later that same day, I received a call from Roto-Rooter saying they were leaving a job, and would be arriving within a half hour. In what felt like no time, there were two techs, Mike and Daniel at my door ready to remove the water damaged material, sanitize, place the fans, dehumidifiers and an air scrubber. I showed them where the damage was, and they took it from there. The fans and dehumidifiers had to run for almost 4 full days, and the guys had come back in the middle to check the progress. I didn’t expect them to come back the day after leaving the equipment, because the cold weather we were getting had them pretty busy. When the equipment was ready to be removed, Mike sanitized again, and cleaned up where the equipment had been. Now I’m ready for my contractor to repair the water damage, but I wouldn’t be if it hadn’t been for the prompt, and reliable service of my local Roto-Rooter team.
