Colby was my technician and he was very knowledgeable. Fast. Loved his personality. I was told that he was 45min away but dint show up until about an hr and 30min later. But it's cool. The service was amazing and quick. I'll definitely be using them again. Thank you Colby for your help.

Over charge, we run our own company too and to charge the maximum price for such a small quick procedure is ridiculous. The guy literally flushed the sewer line took like 30 minutes and isn’t guaranteed to fix the issue even though the issue wasn’t big. Got charged $450. I feel like I got taken advantage of. Will definitely call another company next time, they probably do the same quality work for less but have a forever customer in return. Bad business.

We where assigned Chris #2590 when we called about our toilets and shower being clogged. He responded so quickly, and when the issue wasn’t a clean cut, fast fix..he tried and tried until he solved our issue. We have two daughters, one which is autistic, and he was VERY kind to our children passing through the house as well..which always means a lot! Very amazing “table side” manner. Talked us through everything, and was very personable! We are very thankful we met Chris tonight, he left a lasting impression!
