Alex did a fantastic job helping us find and repair a water leak. He was both professional and efficient and was also able to find us some great discounts, making it more affordable than we had dared to hope for. Roto Rooter we’re responsive and showed up late on a Friday night when no other company would, we’re so grateful for their help in solving our plumbing issue.

Great experience! A technician arrived within two hours of my inquiry for service, on a Saturday! Alex was patient, thorough, and professional. At the end of his service, everything was working perfectly. He also explained what he did and made suggestions for the future. His service was much appreciated!

I had to use this service three times over a period of about a week to locate and repair three different leaks. Both times the guys they sent out (Connor) and then Erik were fantastic. They were both very friendly and personable. They did a great job at locating the problems and repairing them. I would happily work with them again. The only thing I do not love is the wait time. Its a long window of time but I know this is unavoidable due to the high demand of plumbing services.
