  The plumber was thorough, organized, friendly, and very clean. He was ready with boot covers for himself and equipment. He also used coverings to cover my floor and cabinet, and used cleaner to wipe down the cabinet doors even if it was dirt he did not cause. He was training an employee so he was very thorough in his steps to complete the job and explained the issue to me in detail. Excellent customer service and leadership skills (I’m a former 20+ year high level customer service manager and I was very impressed).

  Repair man came on time. Asked if he needed to put on shoe protectors...Wore a mask..Got right to work and quoted a price. Explained the contract and everything got fixed in a very timely manner...I will call Rotor Rooter for all my plumbing needs.. Thank you for a great job done
