  We just moved into a new home and the basement pipes were clogged. They came and did quick work and cleared out the pipes. But we found out that one of the pipes had rotted out. So they installed a pump system so we can use our washing machine without the basement flooding. Much cheaper than ripping up the flood and installing a new pipe. Very good and quick service.

  Excellent service! At first I was apprehensive about calling the company but I'm happy that I did. Representative that took the call was extremely helpful and professional. Technician(Taylor) that came out to perform service went above and beyond and never complained (snow storm and locating water unit outside). I would definitely recommend and use service again.

  They came out and were supposed to clean out the main line. Whatever they did, it did not work. Our toilet is still unusable and if we try to plunge, it backs up into the tub, and the tub and kitchen sink still drain really slow if we try to use them. The person that came out had told my uncle (because I am unable to use stairs right now) and had supposedly told him that someone was going to call at 10, presumably to see if “cleaning out” the line worked and if they would have to dig to install an outside clean out, as the tech wrote on the invoice would have to be done. No one ever called. We have had a non-working toilet for three days now. We can’t do dishes or laundry, let alone take a shower.
