Alan came out within an hour of our call at 8 p.m. and he was great! We had a clogged kitchen sink/garbage disposal and we were leaving early the next morning on vacation so couldn't wait until the next day.  cleared the clog which was 30 ft. in all the way to the sewer so considered it money well spent.  Will definitely use Roto Rooter if I ever have another issue!

We had a floor drain back up in the middle of a Sunday afternoon. It was BAD (bad enough we didn't want to wait until the next day). Roto-Rooter came out and fixed the drain that same day. There was a lot of clean-up needed after the back up, and Roto-Rooter took care of all of the remediation work with professionalism and courtesy. They easily worked with our insurance company, and got all the work done efficiently and with a high level of quality. Jim from Roto-Rooter was exceptional, and handled all of our questions and concerns. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience using this company! Right after moving into a new house I found an unexpected clog and leak on the bathtub and sink. We called roto rooter and they came immediately. Jason and Tye were communicative, friendly, and did great work! They found the issues and fixed them wonderfully. I also got bonus entertainment with their singing and jokes, it made the annoying experience a positive one! Jason spoke with my warranty company and explained the issue extensively to them for me. They were both so kind and knowledgeable! I would 100% recommend this company. They do really solid work, have great prices, and their team has wonderful people on it. A negative experience was turned into a nice afternoon because of roto rooter :)

I contacted Roto-Rooter yesterday after our water heater pilot light wouldn't stay lit and they were able to come out within 4 hours, which was awesome. Mason quickly diagnosed the issue and told us that although our water heater was old, he could do a repair and get us a little more life out of it before we have to replace it. The price was extremely fair and he even left us an estimate for a replacement so we know what to expect when it's time. I really appreciated him giving us the option to do a repair instead of just pressuring us to buy a new one. Roto-Rooter definitely earned our repeat business!
