I woke up to my downstairs showers and tub backing up. Toilets were not usable. I called and they were here within an hour. Fernando was so awesome and such a big help. He took the time to explain things to me and show me what was going on. He also noticed a couple other minor things that had nothing to do with my needed repair and helped me know what needed fixing. He took great care to make sure things were working correctly before he left and was very courteous, even making sure his equipment wouldn't accidentally damage things. He wore his mask at all times and wore the things over his shoes to not track dirt in my house. Fernando is awesome!!

Jonathan Stone descaled my tankless water heater today and he did an excellent job! He was flexible with his scheduling and was able to service our water with short notice. In addition, he is a personable, easy going guy and the price of the service was very reasonable. I will use him next time around when my water needs descaling, again.

We had back up in our main line. They showed up on time did all the work necessary to restore services. They were polite, safety conscious and efficient. Thank you Dustin, Damien, and Joseph. Dustin was the technician “7841”. I will recommend Rotor Rooter. Thank you for your professionalism !!!
