  Three quotes were all nearly the same, so 'value' was neutral.. But Roto-Rooter scheduled me within less than 24 hours, and called to arrive early in the scheduled window. Quickly came up with an estimate and a safety waiver, and came in nearly exactly right. Great job in an older manufactured home that needed a bit of custom installation. Made sure replacement was completely to code with earthquake safety straps and pressure relief tank. Great job!

  I called thinking I'd get an appointment in a week or so and was so surprised to be able to have someone come out that afternoon. Cole arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He cleaned out the line from my clothes washer to main sewer line. He had to clean it out a few times, and did not leave until he verified that it was clear. He stayed until he got the job done, and left the laundry room in better condition than when he came. Thank you Cole!

  I am writing this at the request of the service provider. The person who came to my residence was Blake. His arrival was prompt, he ascertained quickly that the problem was a clogged line about 90 feet out toward the sewer. He had to help move boxes out of the aisle to bring his equipment into the house to the main bathroom. He also helped put them back afterward, and did helpful adjustments to the inside of the toilet tank to enable it to work better. His disposition the whole time he was there was oriented to helping, and to providing service and answers to questions. My only reservation has nothing to do with him personally. It has to do with demands of overhead at Rotor Rooter. In any case, this service call was very expensive, and aside from meeting Blake I wish I had taken more time to research ratings of competitors. At this point, I have identified several possibilities as retrospectives and for future reference. If Rotor Rooter would prefer not to post this, I would understand. I have not received information from them or discussed with them at any time before, during, or after this service call regarding the cost of service.
