David showed up in under an hour to fix my clogged drain. He explained what the issue may be, how he planned to correct it and exactly what his fees would be. I was informed of the process step by step and given a six month warranty on his work. David was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

The first rep was horrible- he came in gave me a price - I told him oh great I also have a coupon. He then hiked the price by $100 “oh if you have a coupon the price is more” . He then fix my toilet in two minutes which was great- I paid he left. I heard the toilet flushing so I didn’t look at it until he left. He left tons of scratches in the bottoms of the toilet - that I could not wipe away. Called back and they sent a very helpful rep who fixed my problem. He was a great rep name was Bernard. Wished they would have sent the better rep the first time instead of the rude - unprofessional person who did not care to fix the damaged he caused.

David and his field manager were very friendly and knowledgeable. David did a complete and thorough job. He wasn't satisfied with just opening the line, but determined to find the cause of the restriction. I highly recommend their services.
