The technician knew exactly the problem after a brief explanation of what was happening. He immediately began work and explained everything as he worked and described the image on the screen monitor. He is an excellent assist to Roto-Rooter.......very friendly and knowledgeable. Forget about value........I needed a recovery room but water more importantly. Glad I made the call

Dan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable & professional. He not only provided clear instructions but also took the time to demonstrate to me how to apply Pipe Shield in the sink and explained the mechanism by which the prescribed weekly application for 3 months will allow for prevention of clogging and will maintain regular flow of water through the pipes.
