Came back from a vacation and my master bathroom toilet would not flush! Then, I Google searched for a place and found Rooter Plus. I called to get someone to come out the next day, they offered to get someone in that night. Essentially they were back up from previous services that evening, but the service technician made sure to call me himself and apologize for not being able to fit me in that same evening. He made sure to let me pick a time that worked best for me the following day. The next day a service technician (Dustin) came out and not only fixed my toilet, but gave me knowledge on the workings of all my home toilets and how to navigate in the future. The price wasn't too bad either! Dustin was very professional and helpful. If I need any other work regarding anything they work on, Rooter Plus will be the FIRST company I will call! 😄

Had a great experience with these guys. Called at 8am Saturday morning for a backed up drain and they here in about an hour. They removed the toilet, unclogged the drain, fixed a backed up shower and didn’t leave until they made sure everything was working great. Brian was a great rep and both the workers were kind and easy to have in the house. Will definitely use them again and ask for these two guys to come back.

All three members of their team that came out were great. Richard was great with all of his information, explaining things and guiding us through the process. The visiting manager was also very hospitable. The plumber Dustin was very nice and polite and gave me advice and help with other issues.
