  Very fast and very professional. Fun personality as well. Great since of humor. A bit more than I thought it would be but he informed me up front the cost and was no surprises. I had a $75 coupon as well so that helped. Plus it's guaranteed for 6 months!! Hopefully I won't need it. Thanks again

  We had two visits from RotoRooter. The first visit to clear the line was good but the follow up to camera the line the day feel short. I submitted feedback that we were disappointed in the lack of follow up and was contacted immediately. The management team took every possible step to correct this oversight. The technician they sent out, Jared went above and beyond and was excellent. Overall we had a excellent experience and would highly recommend.

  Worst experience ever!! DO NOT USE! I was told over the phone that they would be doing more work then what was actually done, Paid a ridiculous amount of money. The repair man Joe lied on the invoice about the work done and when questioned about it became very rude and told me to F$#% OFF. Very unprofessional. Management doesn't seem to care and won't assist with the issue. After that they even tried to call and convince me to pay thousands of dollars for "water damage and drying service" and to use my insurance which means they just want to lie to the insurance company and collect as much as the can. The amount of damage is worth a few hundred dollars at most. This company is a rip off so if you enjoy eating BS and paying a lot for it then this is your company!
