The technician was at my home within 15 minutes of calling them. He was kind, professional and efficient. I could not believe how fast he arrived and was done. I attempted to work on my drain problem at 7am and gave up at 3:45. The RR tech solved my problem and fixed it in less than 45 minutes. My only critique is to have techs use covers on their boots when they come in someone’s home. Or at least ask if it’s necessary. I know it’s yet another thing to consider, but it communicates a lot to a customer.

The technician was very professional. Answered all my questions. They were able to come on emergent notification. They were available far faster than any other plumbers called. Other plumbers weren’t available until 4 days later even on emergency request. Arrived when estimated. Assessed the situation and removed the old water heater and placed new water heater, quick and efficiently all on a Friday evening to ensure that we had hot water for the weekend. Very impressed with this company and will call first when needing the services.
