Reuben & Matt were personable, thorough, and dealt with a very disgusting sewage mess in such a professional way that I didn’t feel embarrassed. They were straightforward with what repairs were needed, explained everything clearly, gave me an accurate quote, stayed till the job was completed, and showed me the finished repairs to ensure I was satisfied. I’d give them 1000 stars if I could. It was such a relief to leave everything in their capable hands. They also stayed masked! I will definitely use this service again if needed. Reuben was great in helping us clean up our Sewer Clean Out today. This is the second time he has come to our home. He is knowledgeable, patient and courteous. He explained the reason our Sewer Clean Out was backed up and what we can do as preventative measure. Thanks Reuben!

My sewer was totally blocked, and my usual plumber said maybe he could get to it in about a WEEK. That is when I called Roto-Rooter and a technician was knocking on my door within the hour. The technician (Ruben) was OUTSTANDING!! He did the job quickly, efficiently, and within a short amount of time. He was always very courteous, friendly, and had total respect for my home and property. They even offer a very nice discount on all services for seniors and veterans. Who could ask for more?
