I had water coming up from drain basement. Inspector came, cleared the tube, put a camera and told that tube needs to be replaced and it will cost 18,500. I asked for quotation, no response, I called call center, they diverted me to the same person. I raised claim with my insurance and requested details, report of damage and again official quotation. As the amount of 18500 is quite significant. Inspector promised to come and to give us report and quotation for tube replacement. We called many many times, he promised, made several appointments and never showed up, stopped to answer. This is the level of service RotoRooter provided. Calling call center did not make any change. Inspector name is Harold Brill.

We had a sewer backup that we couldn't clear. We called Roto-Rooter and they arrived within 30 min. We explained to the technician the problem, he explained the process and the cost. Within 15 min the problem was resolved. We were very pleased.

They showed up quickly and got the job done quickly as well but the job was definitely over priced and I do feel ripped off after speaking with other licensed plumbers. If it wasn’t urgent to get fixed I definitely would have waited and shopped around but I was in a pickle and needed the issue fixed as soon as possible.
