I have dealt with many professionals over the years performing a myriad of services for home remodeling, normal home maintenance, etc. Devon of Roto Rooter was hands downs the absolute best I have ever worked with. He was courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable and very good at his job. But what really put him in a class of his own was how far above and beyond he went to help my family in a bad situation. Despite being off of the clock at 5pm, he stayed at our home until 9pm trying to help us with a plumbing emergency. Devon helped us move (very heavy) furniture so we didn’t have to do it alone, talked me through each and every step he was doing, and was so compassionate when we discovered the repairs were going to be extensive and costly and I was was stressed about this. I have never in my life witnessed someone more dedicated to their job. Devon epitomized what it means to provide stellar customer service. Thank you Devon for making a bad situation the best it could be. Because of you I’m now a lifelong Roto Rooter customer!

No homeowner likes to good into the basement and see a floor drain backing up - much less on a snowy day. This happened to us yesterday Jan 25th. We remembered the name Roto-Rooter and called them. From the phone call to the service tech arriving, to the service tech leaving having completed the job (it was just a clogged main line), we had excellent and very fast service (they were here in 2 hours). The tech person also did an excellent job giving us tips on how to clean up and also let us know the other services they offer. Great job Roto-Rooter - you have excellent workers. Our tech's name was Myk - please relay our compliments.

Ross P #7726 was very knowledgeable, clean and thorough. His professionalism made for a pleasant experience, even in such a bad situation. If we are ever in the situation to need Roto-Rooter again, we will be requesting Ross.
