The service from Roto-Rooter was exceptional! They came within the time window quoted, kept me updated, & dispatch contacted me when the plumber was on his way. They actually came out the same day I called. Nicholas A. was extremely professional, explained the process, kept me updated, worked hard & cleaned the workspace when he had completed the issue. He patiently broke up the clogs & followed all safety protocols. Wonderful company! If you need great service, don’t hesitate to call!

Nick came out and was really helpful. He explained everything as he went and was very thorough. Super friendly. Overall a good experience. Roto-Rooter is always going to be more expensive than going through a random plumber, but the warranty and knowing they’ll have the tools required on-hand is worth the added cost. Thanks!

I have had a clogged drain for a while now, and I called Roto-Rooter on 12/29 and they came out on 12/29. They responded quickly and they gave us a heads up on when they were coming out. Marco, the technician, came out and followed all of the Covid Protocols that were mentioned in the phone call to set up the appointment. He quickly came in and inspected the sink that was clogged. He gave us two options to go with to unclog the drain. We went with the snake option and he was able to unclog the drain within 30 minutes. After, he cleaned up the mess around the area that he was working in. I would recommend to any family or friends to use again. Thank you
