So the tech really raised the stars from a 1 to a 4 here. Kevin was prompt and professional, gave excellent advice and helped solve my problem. Long story short : on 12/29/21 we had water around a brand new Hot water tank. I called roto-Rooter on 12/30/21 and had an appointment for 01/01/22 between 10-2. They never called or showed. Then at 10:15pm they called to reschedule, and having missed their call scheduled a 1 pm appointment for 01/02/21 without confirmation with me. Thank god I was home. After the hassle , the tech that showed up was not only very knowledgeable, but professional and respectful of our home.

Roto-Rooter provided fast and effective service. We had a blocked line to our septic tank that the technician, Kevin quickly diagnosed and corrected. He cleared the line through our tank up to where it exits the house which unmediated fixed the blockage. Kevin provided great advice on how to reduce any issues in the future, and was very professional throughout the process. We would definitely call Roto-Rooter again.

Kevin from Roto Rooter was outstanding. His professionalism, hard work, and overall genuine disposition made a stressful situation stress free. In a time where employee retention is extremely tough. Someone needs to take notice of Kevin and ensure he is taken care of and encouraged to continue the excellent job he does.
