Great company and Wayne the technician was on time and knew his job. He gave a variety of options and was able to do either one I selected. Not pushy- just purely professional.and the installation of a new water heater was perfect. Would highly recommend him/company.

The guy came out and cleared the line and said the clean out cap was cracked so someone would come and replace it and fill in the hole as part of the service we paid for that day. We expressed interest in replacing the line. He sent the salesman out the next day without telling us when or if he was even coming. Salesman called the next day upset because we weren’t home when he got there, he said he’d come the next day. When he came I mentioned the clean out cap and hole in the yard which he didn’t comment on. He did use the open hole to televise the line for his estimate. The estimate was outrageous. No one had filled the hole back in and the salesman had not replied to my message asking when that would be finished. Update-the original technician came back to repair the clean out cap and filled the hole after this review.

Simply amazing customer service! This is the only review I've ever felt the need to make. Russell and William were able to diagnose the issue and how to fix it even though i had them come out at midnight on an emergency call . Their professionalism was remarkable. The next morning Josh was able to come out bright and early and do some excavation and had my plumbing back up and running in no time. I truly appreciate the efforts and the standards of service these guys had. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
