From start to finish this was a great experience. I called around 8:30 last night and they had someone scheduled to come out the next day. Ted was super easy to work with, informative and walked through the issue with us. I'd say he was in and out in about an hour. For people searching, we had a main drain line in the crawl space that needed to be unclogged which was backing up our laundry and kitchen sink. We'll work with roto rooter again because of this experience. Thanks again!

I am only giving this organization 4 stars because of the service technician, “Theodore”. He was a true professional and delivered excellent customer service. Roto-Rooter as an organization however, should be ashamed of their pricing. Luckily, I did not have a major issue; fingers crossed one is not awaiting us in the near future. Either way, I will not be a return customer.

The men who came were on time and knew exactly what they were doing. They found the issue and were able to clear my septic line temporarily until I was able to affect a permanent repair. The only reason I don't give Roto Rooter five stars is that it was very expensive for the service that was rendered.
